	Hello,

	New release with bugfixes :
- major bug is fixed in analyse_algebrique: '-X-Y' returned 'NEG(X-Y)'.
- major bug is fixed in DER (implicit name);
- UDATE is added (returns UTC timestamp);
- bug is fixed in PUT intrinsic:
<[ {} {} {} {} ]> {} { 4 } PUT crashed RPL/2 when indices list was
empty. Same patch for GET (but GET doesn't crash).
- rplunits generation is fixed;
- units is upgraded to 2.24;
- gnuplot is upgraded to 6.0.3;
- major bug is fixed in = intrinsic (system error);
- LOCALIZATION is modified to remain local to a thread.

	And simplification() is now used. Only +/- simplification is done.
