[RPL/2] did i found a bug ?

	I have uploaded a patch that seems to correctly fix this bug. Please 
check CVS tree. I shall release 4.0.10 as soon as possible. I'm waiting 
for a fix for OpenSSL (1.0.0b does't pass test and patches are only in 
OpenSSL CVS tree).
