[RPL/2] RPL/2 4.0.18

	Hello,

	New RPL/2 release with new support for OpenBSD (4.8, gcc-4.4.3) and 
OS/2 (eComStation 2.0 + EMX 0.9d).

	OpenBSD port requires an emulation of SIGINFO structure that seems to 
work, but RPL/2 could enters in deadlock on programs that run a lot of 
threads. Please fill bug report if RPL/2 enters in deadlock on all 
systems that use SysV IPC instead Posix ones.

	I don't understand how signal handlers work on OS/2 and don't have 
debugger. Thus, I have disabled all functions that require kill() or 
pthread_kill(). ABORT is disabled and all multitasking and 
multithreading capabilities.

	Please read README and Changelog before trying to upgrade.
