[RPL/2] New beta web pages

	Hello,

	I have written new web pages for RPL/2
(http://www.systella.fr/~bertrand/new), but only in french. I have to
translate all pages in english. If someone want to help me.... ;-)

	These new pages shall replace actual pages when they will be translated
in english.
