[RPL/2] RPL/2 4.0.0.prerelease.3

	Hello, and happy new year.

	I have uploaded a new prerelease of RPL/2. News :
- JDATE and RDATE (date computations);
- KILL/ABORT have been rewritten (and KILL signification has changed);
- software interrupt support is added. Now, a child process started by 
DETACH can send a signal to its father;
- some bugs have been fixed.

	Next milestone : binary files support (and maybe a new compilation 
process to improve RPL/2 speed).
