[FreeVMS] VMS?

Id have to know far more than that. Is there documentation with it? In order
to do this, Im going to have to wipe a machine. I've Got a Sandy Bridge on
order but it will take a while.

That is what 0.4 is supposed to be, it is an in-progress rework of 0.3.
