[FreeVMS] New release 0.3.14

New release 0.3.14 at
ftp.nvg.ntnu.no:/pub/vms/freevms (freevms-0_3_14.tgz and linker-0_2_6)

New VFS ODS2 at
ftp.nvg.ntnu.no:/pub/linux/ods2/ods2-source_0.9.3.w9_all.deb
(or ods2_0.9.3.w9.tar.gz).

Disk images are named a.img.gz and c.img.gz.
The USE file or reference to it should accompany downloads.
(For x86_64 they are named a.img.x86_64.gz and c.img.x86_64.gz)
The README file should be read first.

News:
Added some more documentation for qio, spinlocks, mutexes, timers,
scheduling, process control, mostly for doxygen.

Bugs/features fixed:
Build fix for i386, an old config had snuck in.
More build fixes for both architectures.
Both:
None.

New bugs/features:
None known.

Notes:
This is a source and documentation release only, images are still 0.3.10.
Doxygen has problems with $, so some filter has changed it to _.
VFS ODS2 is only tested on lenny/i386.
Is anyone reading the added docs, with or without doxygen?
