[FreeVMS] How to build freevms on my debian squeeze?

hello

tried with gcc 3.4.6 but I have the same error.

I checked and page_address is defined only in pgtable.h (but in asm-um  
directory).
In the file pgtable.h in asm-i386 directory there's no such definition.

Source error? Or #define missing?
