[FreeVMS] How to build freevms on my debian squeeze?

Hello,

thanks for the link.
make bzImage returns an error in main.c: function kmap (defined in  
highmem.h) has an implicit declaration of function 'page_address'.

This is an "error" for the compiler and make stops.

I'm using gcc 4.2.4, maybe this is the problem.

I'll try with 4.3 or 3.4
