New release 0.3.13 at
ftp.nvg.ntnu.no:/pub/vms/freevms (freevms-0_3_13.tgz and linker-0_2_6)

Disk images are named a.img.gz and c.img.gz.
The USE file or reference to it should accompany downloads.
(For x86_64 they are named a.img.x86_64.gz and c.img.x86_64.gz)
The README file should be read first.

News:
Update for compiling on lenny/x86_64.
Doxygen support. Run doxygen doc/doxygen.conf on the source (not compile) tree.
Added some documentation for qio, asts and event flags, mostly for doxygen.

Notes:
This is a source and documentation release only, images are still 0.3.10.
No companion source for ODS-2 exists yet, use older kernel.
Cut creation of um binaries. Drop noiomm. (None were supported for years)
Doxygen has problems with $, so some filter has changed it to _.
