A wiki may be a good idea (because it is not centralized).

We have got the ordinary VMS internals and Linux kernel books, and I have
written some about the FreeVMS internals (filename internals).

But much is lacking, as in finding missing parts, parts done differently etc,
and why things are so and so.
Currently, the way forward is having the mentioned books, being
very talented with source code and being able to ask me about the source.

I am not sure about assigning tasks to people, this is after all voluntarily.
