[FreeVMS] New release 0.2.9

New release 0.2.9 at
ftp.nvg.ntnu.no:/pub/vms/freevms (freevms-0_2_9.tgz and linker-0_2_6)

Disk images are named a.img.gz and c.img.gz.
The USE file or reference to it should accompany downloads.
(For x86_64 they are named a.img.x86_64.gz and c.img.x86_64.gz)

News:
x86_64:
Image now with ODS-2.
Both:
VFS have been killed off (so Ext2 root is no longer VFS mounted etc).
Unix read, write etc now goes directly to rab and RMS.
Better RMS terminal handling.

Bugs/features fixed:
Both:
Now channel instead of fd is used with crmpsc.

New bugs/features:
Probably some.

Notes:
x86_64:
Some reduced stability, due to kernel stack overflow.
(Due to stack growth, clustering and swap file are disabled.
Clustering will be reimplemented anyway.)
Both:
Now you can use dir also on Ext2.
Write Ext2 is not finished and should not be used.
