[FreeVMS] New release 0.2.7

New release 0.2.7 at
ftp.nvg.ntnu.no:/pub/vms/freevms (freevms-0_2_7.tgz and linker-0_2_6)

New VFS ODS2 at
ftp.nvg.ntnu.no:/pub/linux/ods2/ods2-source_0.9.3.w6_all.deb
(or ods2_0.9.3.w6.tar.gz).

Disk images are named a.img.gz and c.img.gz.
The USE file or reference to it should accompany downloads.
(For x86_64 they are named a.img.x86_64.gz and c.img.x86_64.gz)

News:
i386:
Enabled APIC (and related SMP).
Removed interrupt stack (PAL change).
x86_64:
Enabled SMP here, too.
Kernel stack is in P1 space (PAL was changed too).
Both:
VMS spinlocks.

Bugs/features fixed:
Lots of synchronization (spinlock) fixes.
One uninitialized variable.
Keyboard handling had unneeded postef.
CMUIP size fixes.
IOSB was size 12, worked around it to get 8.
VFS ODS2 oopsed sometimes in mkdir, due to CONFIG_HIGHMEM setup.
x86_64:
CMUIP TCP sequence generation was "wrong" (so now it too is a trivial joke).

New bugs/features:
Probably some.

Notes:
x86_64:
CMUIP has now a working telnetd.
Both:
Run with one processor.
Get some extra hangups due to spinlocks.
Get some extra unexplained crashes.
Have some random problems being nmapped.
