New release 0.1.12 at

News:
New Bliss compiler, 0.113. New is some support for bit field signs.
Basic cancel service, with ttdrvr cancelio.

Bugs fixed:
Bliss bug fixes are noted in Bliss HOWTO.
Sign changes in CMUIP IPACP.
Directory was missing least bit check with options.
Ttdrvr crashed when setmode in other process context.
RMS got some bugs with the last ifab feature add, mostly fixed now.
Finishio was void, and did not set ipl to 0.
Tty_read did return the same number it was to read max.

New bugs/features:

Notes:
And still:
Rename close to close2 in routines.b32 (temporarily).
Telnet client does not work yet, but if you want to debug, run it with
run /vms$common/sysexe/telnet.ele after doing something like sh sys.
(Waits on the second QIOW in Set_TT_Synch_State, due to busy ucb and SMG
read.)
At least it got further than last time.
