[FreeVMS] New VFS ODS-2 driver

Hi

New VFS ODS-2 driver version is now available.
It is available at ftp.nvg.ntnu.no:/pub/linux/ods2/ods2-0.9.3.w3.tar.gz

It is not much, but at least it can be used to install on a root image.
It is not generally usable, but at least it can be used for our purposes.

Now usable on both 2.4 and 2.6.
It can now make directories.
Copy/install like this:
cp path/dcl /mnt/dcl. (Never mind the segfaults.)
mkdir /mnt/vms\$common.dir
mkdir /mnt/vms\$common.dir/sysexe.dir
(Remember, a file must have . in it.
Directories must be made with .dir for now.)

Bugs/features:
No more than 7 files (including directories) can be made before 000000.dir
content gets overwritten. (That is with an image created by our initialize.)
I am not yet sure whether this is caused by something in init or this driver.
