New release 0.1.3 at

News:
General:
Have dropped most of the o and _o old stuff.
Renamed exe2 to ele.
Split directory.c up into its constituent pars.
New version of the Bliss compiler (0.005); with compiletime, bind and
more lexicals.

New bugs/features:
Not any known.

Notes:
General:
The goal is to have Bliss compile CMU userland software like telnet,
but that may take some time.
