New release 0.1.10 at

News:
General:
New Bliss compiler, 0.111, new is some improments for the signal routine
and more proper uplit support (not yet counted plit).
Misc improvements and fixes in CLI.
Improved get_ef and free_ef and new reserve_ef from Roger Tucker.
CONFIG_VMS:
Terminal driver with set/sense char/mode.
CMUIP ipdriver has been made usable and used; now outgoing IPv4 is at
least partially(?) working.

Bugs fixed:
Bliss bug fixes are noted in Bliss HOWTO.
Translation errors in pndriver.c.
CLI needed uncased strcmp.
Translation errors in ipdriver and ipacp.
Misc elsewhere in kernel and librtl (but still important).

New bugs/features:
Probably some.

Notes:
CONFIG_VMS:
And still:
Rename close to close2 in routines.b32 (temporarily).
Telnet client does not work yet, but if you want to debug, run it with
run /vms$common/sysexe/telnet.ele after doing something like sh sys.
It can give a command line, but telnet or something else have
some problems in the connection or telnet negotiations and can not get further.
