[RPL/2] Documentation issues: Cropped text. Question: Up-to-dateness information? Suggestion: Include in sources.

	Hello,

	It's a really old documentation. Unfortunately, I don't have a lot of
time to write documentation. In the past, I have proposed to open web
pages to help me (just for documentation, I know internal's RPL/2 are
very complex), I have no return. Today, I only have a french "manuel de
référence" on a CVS tree, written with LaTeX. If someone want to help,
he will welcome ;-)
