[RPL/2] Build of 4.1.29 fails on Linux Mint 19 Cinnamon 64-bit

Hello. I'm running a Linux Mint 19 Cinnamon 64-bit install with the output
of "lsb_release -a" being :

"
Distributor ID:    LinuxMint
Description:    Linux Mint 19 Tara
Release:    19
Codename:    tara
"

With the default configure options, the make operation fails with :

"
Makefile:494: recipe for target 'wmluiltok' failed
"
