	Hello,

	New release with a lot of fixed regressions in compiler. Some other 
bugs have been fixed since 4.1.21 :
- socket options are now forced on socket created by WFSOCK to fix 'KEEP 
ALIVE' bug;
- major regressions are fixed in compiler;
- major bug is fixed in rpl_malloc(). rpl_malloc(0) crashed with segfault.

	ncurses, gnuplot and sqlite have been upgraded also.
