	Hello,

	New RPL/2 release with some new bugs, bugfixes and strange features:

- nested function options() is removed from instruction_open() as
LLVM/CLANG does not support this kind of function;
- sqlite and ncurses are upgraded;
- all compilation errors are now printed on stderr;
- escaped characters are allowed in LOGGER intrinsic;
- 1 -> Y 'Z' now returns undefined implicit name error.
