[RPL/2] RPL/2 4.1.19

	Hello and happy new year,

	I'm proud to announce RPL/2 4.1.19 with a lot of bugfixes:
- NetBSD (and probably all others xBSD) support is improved to replace 
script's she-bangs by standard xBSD shell;
- major regression is fixed in recherche_type() function (complex was 
incorrectly parsed);
- parser is upgraded to allow <[[[3]]]> or {{5}} (without space) and 
disallow [[ 3 4 ]]4;
- major bug is fixed in XOR intrinsic (erroneous truth table);
- EQV (NOT XOR) intrinsic is added;
- simplification subsystem is rewritten from scratch but does not anything.
