[RPL/2] Happy MacOS X and Windows users

	Hello,

	Last week, I have spent a lot of time to fix some bugs on MacOS X, 
OpenBSD and Windows/Cygwin RPL/2 ports.

	Good news : the last daily snapshot (4.0.14) works fine on Windows 
7/Cygwin 1.7.5 and on Mac OS X 10.5.6/Xcode 3.1.4/gfortran 4.5. This 
snapshot is a beta release that contains only some minor bugs (memory 
leak in error management due to new intrinsic IMPLICIT) and some debug 
information.

	Bad news : I don't have time enough to workaround all OpenBSD  bugs. 
OpenBSD violates a lot of Posix specs and it is not possible to find a 
workaround for all violations.
