[RPL/2] RPL/2 4.0.0 daily snapshot

	Hello,

	Due to a lot of major regression bugs, I have uploaded this night a 
4.0.0 daily snapshot. If I were you, I should replace all previous 
version with this one. Only difference between daily snapshot and next 
release shall be a new multithreaded allocator subroutine. Today, only 
daisy chain and object structure are allocated by this routine.
