[RPL/2] Error in half-compilation

	Hello,

	You shall find a prerelease of 4.00pre8w on the web site. This file is 
not accessible on download page, but directly by its address. I have 
added this evening an option to configure script 
(--enable-final-run-path) but I'm not sure that you don't have a very 
similar trouble with embedded gnuplot or rplunit (not a trouble with 
path itself, but with hardcoded path for X11 driver in gnuplot for 
example...). Please test CONVERT and PLOT intrinsics if build process works.

	Don't forget that this new configure option is only a workaround, a 
quick and dirty patch to fix your trouble. Don't use this option if you 
don't know exactly what you want. By default its value is the same than 
PREFIX.
