[RPL/2] RPL/2 4.00pre8s

	Hello,

	Last release for this year. Some major bugs introduced since 4.00pre8 
have been fixed (multitasking, row+ and row- intrinsics...). RPL/2 can 
now be built on alpha, sparc32, sparc64, i386, amd64 with gcc-4.1.2 and 
gfortran-4.1.2. I consider this release as the best release to work, and 
I think that nobody has to use the old pre8 release. It is not a "stable 
release" because the next stable release shall be packed when the 
simplification() subroutine required to simplify symbolic expression 
will be tested with success. Today, this subroutine does not appear in 
the distribution (even in EXPERIMENTAL_CODE) because there are too much 
memory leaks and segfaults in this code...

	Multitasking is now mature. I have tested some optimization algorithm 
on a 24-UltraSPARC-III Sun server, each program ran more than one day 
without any trouble.

	I'm looking for volunteers to write the documentation... Any volunteers ?
