[FreeVMS] New, L4 and OS development

[Herb Nowell]

As another newbie with little OS programming experience I'm also at a loss
as where to start in helping move the project forward.  My interest in VMS
is driven mostly by the file system so I'd like to start there but I get
the impression that's well in the future.
