[FreeVMS] New release 0.3.15

New release 0.3.15 at
ftp.nvg.ntnu.no:/pub/vms/freevms (freevms-0_3_15.tgz and linker-0_2_6)

Disk images are named a.img.gz and c.img.gz.
The USE file or reference to it should accompany downloads.
(For x86_64 they are named a.img.x86_64.gz and c.img.x86_64.gz)
The README file should be read first.

Have also made a couple for Sun VirtualBox, a.img.vdi.gz and c.img.vdi.gz.
(Nice to have normal computer speed.)

Doxygen results are available at http://freevms.nvg.org/doxygen/
Added some more documentation for memory management, mostly for doxygen.
Disk images for VirtualBox have been added (still old).

Bugs/features fixed:
Build fix for Bliss x86_64.

New bugs/features:
None known.

Notes:
This is a source and documentation release only, images are still 0.3.10.
Doxygen has problems with $, so some filter has changed it to _.
VFS ODS2 is only tested on lenny/i386.
Is anyone reading the added docs, with or without doxygen?
