[FreeVMS] Difference between freeVMS and OZONe

Ozone uses some ideas from VMS but doesn't try to be compatible, whereas I
think FreeVMS tries to be compatible.  I know Ozone doesn't use any
FreeVMS code but don't know if FreeVMS uses any Ozone code.
