Your posting seems like flame-bait.

If that were the point, then many people would have done it already.   The point is to create a source-level compatible and, above all, FREE version of VMS for PCs.

Get a hobbist license for VMS from encompass.

Get the SIMH and/or the Free Alpha emulator and run the real thing on your PC.
