[FreeVMS] A few questions about FreeVMS

Hi

I came across FreeVMS a while ago, but only recently looked into it.
It sounds like a nice project especially considering OpenVMS is closed
source and doesn't run on x86. I could be interested in helping out
with the project, but first I have a few questions:

- Is the goal to make an OpenVMS clone which will look like and work
like OpenVMS?
- The bugs in bugzilla are in French, it it possible to get them in English?
- What is it licensed under? There are multiple licenses listed in the
LICENSES file.
- Any hacking guide around?

Also, the website looks pretty basic, are there any plans to improve it?
