[FreeVMS] New release 0.2.6

New release 0.2.6 at
ftp.nvg.ntnu.no:/pub/vms/freevms (freevms-0_2_6.tgz and linker-0_2_6)

Disk images are named a.img.gz and c.img.gz.
The USE file or reference to it should accompany downloads.
(For x86_64 they are named a.img.x86_64.gz and c.img.x86_64.gz)

News:
i386:
More PAL interrupt and rei (with IS) which is more developed than on x86_64.
i386/x86_64:
More PAL.
AST implementation improved (in fact a bit better on x86_64).
AST user mode implementation improved (needed some PAL).
x86_64:
Can now handle native and ELF images from DCL etc.
Lots of CMUIP fixes; it now works partially.

Bugs/features fixed:
PAL misc.
Old workaround in setimr set PCB state to something wrong.
Kernel logical lookup changed (due to ipl rules).
Some allocation sizes wrong in logicals code.
x86_64:
Some wrong names and registers with regard to using procstrt.
Wrong offsets with memoryalc.
PAL had wrong stack save for syscall system_call.

New bugs/features:
Probably some.

Notes:
i386:
The PAL with interrupt stack is expensive.
I am considering using the Alpha style without interrupt stack.
(And IA64 does not have it either?)
x86_64:
IPACP works a bit and can be pinged and probed with nmap -v -O -p23,
but it has serious memory alloc bugs.
