[FreeVMS] New release 0.2.11

New release 0.2.11 at
ftp.nvg.ntnu.no:/pub/vms/freevms (freevms-0_2_11.tgz and linker-0_2_6)

Disk images are named a.img.gz and c.img.gz.
The USE file or reference to it should accompany downloads.
(For x86_64 they are named a.img.x86_64.gz and c.img.x86_64.gz)
The README file should be read first.

News:
Both:
Kernel threads now with private memory space.
SMP support.

Bugs/features fixed:
Both:
CLI checks mode before running routines.
Sys_read now sets read size to an eventual max record size.
Critical IDE driver fix; some race problems broke it.
(This was noticable on real i386/x86_64 but not on emulated ones.)
Fork routine missing spinlock before rse.

New bugs/features:
Probably some.

Notes:
i386:
With SMP there are some problems with boot console I/O, and you may
have to write commands to get it going. It has problems with IPACP, too.
x86_64:
SMP support not tested on a real computer.
