[FreeVMS] New release 0.3.1

New release 0.3.1 at
ftp.nvg.ntnu.no:/pub/vms/freevms (freevms-0_3_1.tgz and linker-0_2_6)

Disk images are named a.img.gz and c.img.gz.
The USE file or reference to it should accompany downloads.
(For x86_64 they are named a.img.x86_64.gz and c.img.x86_64.gz)
The README file should be read first.

News:
Updated floppy image and image creating, new boot menu.
Now with limited bash-static and sash.
New RMS services write (untested) and read.
DCL lexical analyzing now done with flex.

Bugs/features fixed:
Both:
Show system did not display version and dates.
Misc return code fixes in exec and open.
Temporary kludges for ioctl, open, read, stat, terminal driver
with regard to bash and sash.
Fork was missing a spin lock/unlock sequence.
RMS open was missing sts check.
Increasing limit for stack growth check.
Some now superfluous code in sch$waitk corrupted scheduling data.
Use of uninitialized variable in copy_pte_range made fork panic.
CR/LF change in terminal driver.

New bugs/features:
Probably some.

Notes:
x86_64:
Ods-2 fs in diskimage now up to date.
