New release 0.3.0 at
ftp.nvg.ntnu.no:/pub/vms/freevms (freevms-0_3_0.tgz and linker-0_2_6)

Disk images are named a.img.gz and c.img.gz.
The USE file or reference to it should accompany downloads.
(For x86_64 they are named a.img.x86_64.gz and c.img.x86_64.gz)
The README file should be read first.

News:
Sort rtl, minimal.
DCL with if-then-else-endif and expressions.
Doing an (annually) version bump, due to SMP and 64-bit support
(not planned, but mostly justified).

Bugs/features fixed:
Both:
Vararg handling.
Some obsoleted cli argument handling code made problems.
CLI library cleanup.
SMGRTL got some pointer and semantics fixes.
Bad return values for cli system service and get_symbol library routine.
Problems with exec argument passing.
Read did not return size after eof.
Exit lacked spinlock and ipl.
Deleted from empty list in mmput.
Creprc lacked spinlock initialization.
Missing opa0 cleanup after startup.com.
i386:
Dfu had a structure offset problem.

New bugs/features:
Probably some.

Notes:
x86_64:
Dqa2 on the x86_64 image does not contain 0.3.0.
i386:
DFU can now give some sensible results.
