News:
General:
Support for dynamic linked images.
CONFIG_VMS:
New linker, can now also do dynamic linking.

New bugs/features:
Lots.

Notes:
CONFIG_VMS:
The binary format has changed, so recompiling is necessary.
It will change again in the future.
The only working program yet is a simple example program cef.exe.
General:
Both formats have dynamic linked commands with d prefixed, so far only
directory, run as ddirectory.
